My Purpose
After 10 years in my career as a financial professional I quit my job to start my own company. The best part, I had no intention on quitting, BUT that decision changed my life for the better. Now, I’m here. Banking was my dream job, and I poured my heart into it. I excelled quickly, moving from personal banker to branch manager in less than 2 years, earning recognition and accolades along the way.
However, my journey hit a roadblock when my branch closed unexpectedly. Not only was I asked to step down and make way for my mentee, but I also faced a decrease in pay and title. It was a harsh reality check, confirming my suspicions about corporate politics and the limitations it placed on my growth. Feeling undervalued and overlooked, I made the bold decision to step out on faith and launch my own business.
My Mission
My mission now is to empower others to find their inner strength, transform their lives, and embrace their true purpose, while also ensuring that the people who work within organizations love their roles and feel like they belong. While I acknowledge the flaws within organizations, I'm not here to simply criticize—I'm here to drive positive change and make them better.
